Each channel has a current of 6.1mA and a power consumption of 0.5W per channel, featuring low energy consumption during operation.

Installation & Maintenance Pitfalls (Expert Tips)
- Wiring Torque Control: When installing the module with 3 JX 133 screw clamps, strictly control the torque at 0.5N·m. Excessive torque may damage the clamp and the module terminal, while insufficient torque will lead to poor contact, resulting in unstable signal transmission. After wiring, pull the wires slightly to check the firmness.
- Communication Parameter Matching: When connecting the module to the upper control system, ensure that the communication parameters such as the baud rate of the module’s Modbus RTU or CANopen protocol are consistent with the system settings. Inconsistent parameters will cause communication interruptions. After configuration, conduct a communication test to confirm that the data transmission is smooth.
- Regular Protection Inspection: Although the module has an IP54 protection rating, in dusty and humid industrial environments, regular inspections should be carried out on its enclosure and interfaces. Clean the dust on the surface in time, and check whether the sealing performance of the interface is intact. If cracks or damages are found on the enclosure, replace or repair it immediately to avoid internal circuit damage due to the intrusion of dust and water vapor.
