- Ignoring Signal Matching with Sensors: The module supports both voltage and current input signals. If the input signal type of the connected sensor does not match the module’s configured signal range (such as connecting a 4-20mA sensor to a channel set to 0-10V), it will cause inaccurate data collection. It is necessary to confirm the sensor signal type in advance and adjust the module channel parameters accordingly.
- Rough Operation During Hot-Swapping: Although the module supports hot-swapping, improper operation such as plugging and unplugging during peak data transmission may cause transient signal loss. It is recommended to perform hot-swapping operations during the low-load period of the system and check whether the module is firmly connected after replacement.
- Neglecting Coating Maintenance: The conformal coating is the key to its corrosion resistance. During installation and maintenance, sharp tools should be avoided scratching the coating. For coastal or chemical-corrosive environments, the integrity of the coating should be regularly inspected, and protective measures should be taken if there is wear.
- Disregarding Power Supply Stability: The module’s power supply voltage range is strictly limited to 20-32VDC. Unstable power supply beyond this range will damage the internal circuit.
