Using mismatched chassis will lead to problems such as poor connection and inability to transmit signals, and even damage the module and chassis interfaces.
- Standardize Hot-Swap Operations: Although the module supports hot swap, it is necessary to follow the manufacturer’s specified operating procedures during the replacement process. Do not directly pull out or insert the module violently, otherwise it may cause instantaneous current surges, damage the internal components of the module, and even affect the normal operation of the entire control system.
- Regularly Check Communication Links: Since the module relies on multiple communication ports to interact with other devices, it is necessary to regularly inspect the communication lines. Check whether the interfaces are loose and whether the lines are aging.
