- Voltage Matching Check: The module’s input voltage range is 20 – 32V DC. During installation, it is necessary to strictly match the power supply voltage to avoid excessive or insufficient voltage that may damage the module or lead to unstable signal output. After connecting the power supply, use a multimeter to verify the voltage stability before powering on the whole system.
- Communication Protocol Configuration: When connecting with the upper control system, confirm that the Modbus RTU communication parameters (such as baud rate and address) of the module are consistent with the system settings. Inconsistent parameters will cause communication failures. After configuration, conduct a communication test to ensure that data can be transmitted smoothly in both directions.
- Post-maintenance Function Verification: When replacing or maintaining the module, since it is applied to safety-critical occasions, after reinstallation, it is necessary to verify not only the normal output of analog signals but also the effectiveness of the TMR redundancy function and self-diagnosis function.
