Description
The IC200PWB001 is a passive DIN-rail carrier used inside Emerson VersaMax I/O stations. It occupies one slot on the 35 mm DIN rail and provides the mechanical and electrical footprint for snapping in a second (or third) VersaMax power supply module—typically IC200PWR002 or IC200PWR102—when the base supply no longer has enough 5 V or 24 V capacity to feed all I/O modules to its right.
The carrier is part of the VersaMax “booster” family—cards that share the 66.8 mm footprint and 28 mm depth but perform mechanical rather than electrical functions. Using a common form factor allows plant stores to stock one spare carrier and populate it with the exact PSU required for each expansion segment.
