Jumper side matters
Silk-screen is viewed from component side. Flip the board and the berg jumpers land on the wrong pads—your ±10 V channel becomes ±5 V and the DSP sees half-scale. Match the drawing in GEI-100161 before you torque anything.
Torque is 0.8 N·m—no hero moves
Over-tighten and the screw post cracks; under-tighten and vibration backs the wire out. Calibrate your driver and tug-test every conductor.
IP20 is not a suggestion
Leave the rack door open during wash-down and salt mist will wick up the screw posts. You’ll chase “signal bounce” faults that disappear when the sun warms the cabinet. Keep the door closed or bag the card during hose-off.
Dress the harness flat
