The DS200IAXSG1A is an IGBT AA/AB snubber printed-circuit board used inside GE Mark V Speedtronic medium-voltage drive cubicles. It mounts adjacent to the IGBT power modules and absorbs voltage spikes (dv/dt) generated during fast switching, protecting the semiconductors and reducing electromagnetic interference (EMI) radiated into the turbine-control backplane.
